Order Processing
We know you are excited to receive your new pieces, and our team works diligently to get your order to you as safely and quickly as possible. Because our collection includes a mix of ready-to-ship essentials and handcrafted, bespoke designs, processing times will vary based on what is in your cart.
Made-to-Order Items
Great things take time. All made-to-order and custom pieces are crafted specifically for you. These items will be shipped immediately as soon as their production is completed. Please check the individual product pages for estimated production timelines (typically 2-4 weeks), so you know exactly when to expect your new jewelry.
In-Stock Items
If the piece you fell in love with is currently in stock, it will be processed and shipped in the order it was received. We fulfill these orders based on current stock availability. If your order contains a mix of in-stock and made-to-order items, your entire order will typically ship together once the custom pieces are complete. (Tip: If you need the in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing two separate orders!)
Tracking & Delivery
Once your order has been packaged and handed over to our shipping carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system. Delivery times will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and your location.
Lost or Damaged Packages
While we take every precaution to ensure your pieces arrive in pristine condition, the journey is sometimes out of our hands. If your package arrives damaged, or if your tracking shows it has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please reach out to us immediately so we can help make it right.
